If your product is defective, you may return it for a refund, or an immediate replacement, subject to manufacturer/publisher availability and restrictions. Returns of any item must be done within 30 Days from time of delivery. Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department via email within 30 days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items that are received defective must be filed within 30 days of the item being received. Please open your package when it arrives to make sure everything arrived in tact as soon as you can, so we can file a claim in time and send you a replacement (upon availability) right away.
Holiday items that are received defective must be filed upon receiving the defective items.
Note: Seasonal, sale, specialty, and custom orders are excluded.
